FOTONA 4D is an innovative laser treatment combination with exceptional results. It strengthens collagen and lifts the skin by collagen contraction. New Collagen production is also stimulated, resulting in tightness and increased elasticity of your skin. What is The Fotona 4D™ FACELIFT treatment?

This type of treatment uses 4 different stages and 4 different laser treatments combined in one treatment, designed to deliver immediate and long-lasting effects.

Step 1 – Smoothlifting™

An intraoral treatment that uses gentle bulk-heating to stimulate collagen, helping to improve nasolabial folds and reduce lines and wrinkles around the mouth. FOTONA is the only laser that can deliver energy to the oral area and affect the nasolabial folds from inside the mouth.

Step 2 – Frac3® Rejuvenation

is a fractional treatment to target deeper imperfections such as background redness and pigmentation.

Step 3- Piano® Skin Tightening

The laser causes bulk tissue heating safely and rapidly, which helps to lift, firm and tighten the skin.

Step 4- SupErficial™ Light Peel

Finally, the light peel removes dead skin cells, smooths uneven skin texture and reduces imperfections. Your skin will shine bright with a healthy glow.

How Many Treatments Are Required?

Ideally 1 treatment for each decade of life. However, for maximum results, if on a budget, we recommend a minimum of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Patients would require a “top up” or maintenance treatment in 6-12 months depending on age and results.

What Results Should You Expect to See?

The overall result is tightening, volumizing and restoring collagen to the face which reduces the depth of the nasolabial folds (the lines from nose to lips, and lips to chin), and helps restore lip volume. The treatment will also improve your skin tone and texture. It is expected that the Fotona 4D will result in tightening and increasing volume and elasticity in the deeper skin and tissues of the lower and mid-face. Lines around the mouth and lips will all improve. The best outcome can be expected for those who have mild to moderate facial laxity.

There are some noticeable minor improvements after a week but the greater improvements are 4-6 weeks after the first procedure, and more improvement will build with additional treatments. Even after the treatment series is completed you will continue to see ongoing improvements for up to 9-10 months due to collagen and elastin regeneration.

Does FOTONA 4D Include Face and Neck?

No. The Face and the Neck are separate body parts for cosmetic consideration. Treatments can be done separately at different sessions or bundled together. If you choose to buy a package of 5 Treatments and Dr C currently offers a free Neck 4D treatment with your 3rd session.
