Medical Membership

Benefits of affordable concierge membership are as follows:

• Prompt access to quality medical care with same-day or a maximum of 2-business days for follow-up or new-client appointments and no charge for same-day appointment cancellations.

• Emergency Telehealth appointments over the weekend for UTIs, infections, and unexpected events. Telehealth appointments must be done via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom to be billed to your insurance.

• Access to office cell phone for direct communication via text-messaging, regarding appointments, refills, or medical questions during business hours.

• Medical paperwork processing, e.g., letters for work, disability forms, physical forms, health insurance requests, or exchange of information with other doctors’ offices, etc.

• Access to same-day or next business day medication refills.

• Access to exclusive WOW Facebook Group where Dr. Mirela Cernaianu will connect LIVE each Wednesday or Thursday, sometimes both and present an informative, 15-30 min. educational discussion (with Q&As) each month.

• 10% discount on any HERA Beauty and Wellness in-office or online supplements.

• Access to Quest discounted lab fee schedule for cash-pay clients, patients with high insurance deductibles, or for labs not covered by your insurance plan. Excludes pathology

Terms and Conditions:

• Membership will allow clients swift access to medical appointments with either Mirela Cernaianu, M.D. or the midlevel Practitioner, based on the client’s preference.

• Membership is paid monthly by credit card, automatically processed each month.

• Membership will renew automatically, unless the client cancels the membership by notifying us, in writing, using text message, email or the patient portal message system. We require 5-10  business days to process the cancellation.

• Clients who wish to re-establish care after cancelling their membership will incur a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee which would be processed with the first monthly membership charge and will loose all loyalty accumulated up to that date

• Membership fees are not considered a credit on account and cannot be applied to patient’s co-pay or coinsurance, or other medical fees.

• Memberships are subject to inflation and market adjustments. Any increase would be made with a 60-day, formal notification

• Memberships are non-transferrable.

• Clients who maintain their uninterrupted membership through 3 years will receive a 30% reduction in membership fees, after 36 months.
